1. Business Identity
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Boro Martial Art Centers Inc., doing business as Statesboro Karate (“Statesboro Karate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at statesborokarate.com. By enrolling in our programs or submitting your information, you agree to these terms.
Statesboro Karate provides martial arts instruction including but not limited to Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, and self-defense programs at our facility in Statesboro, Georgia.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from Statesboro Karate, including appointment reminders, program updates, scheduling notifications, and promotional offers.
Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to opt out. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our website form.

Age Restriction: Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a parent or legal guardian consenting on behalf of a minor enrolled in our programs.

3. Enrollment and Membership
Enrollment in Statesboro Karate programs is subject to separate membership agreements. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and program requirements are outlined at time of enrollment.

Statesboro Karate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of our website.
